(2) applicability
1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer and to every distance agreement and orders concluded between CB Jewellery and the buyer.
2 Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the buyer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at CB Jewellery before the distance agreement is concluded.

(3) the offer
1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the buyer. CB Jewellery uses images that are a true representation of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind CB Jewellery.
2. Images of products are a true representation of the products offered. CB Jewellery cannot guarantee that the displayed colors exactly match the real colors of the products.

(4) the agreement
1 The agreement is concluded at the time the buyer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions.
2 If the buyer has accepted the offer electronically, CB Jewellery will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as CB Jewellery has not confirmed receipt of this acceptance, the consumer can terminate the agreement.
3 If the agreement is concluded electronically, CB Jewellery will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a safe web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate security measures.

(5) the right of withdrawal and costs of withdrawal
1a If the product is in its original condition and packaging, then the buyer has the option of dissolving the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day following receipt of the product by the buyer.
1b The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are tailor-made at the request of the buyer.
2 If the consumer wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to make this known to CB Jewellery within 14 days of receiving the product. After the buyer has indicated that he wants to make use of his right of withdrawal, the buyer must return the product within 14 days. If after expiry of the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, the buyer has not indicated that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, respectively. the product has not been returned to CB Jewellery, the purchase is a fact.
4 If the buyer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be for his account.
5 CB Jewellery will reimburse the amount that the buyer has paid for the product as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after withdrawal.
6 We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the above conditions are not met. This is to prevent abuse.

(6) the price
1 The prices stated in the range of products or services include VAT.
2 All prices are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors. CB Jewellery is not obliged to deliver the product at the wrong price in the event of printing and setting errors.

(7) delivery and execution
1 CB Jewellery will take the greatest possible care when receiving and when executing product orders.
2 The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to CB Jewellery.
3a CB Jewellery will execute accepted orders with destination in the Netherlands and EU with due speed, but no later than within 3 days, unless the buyer has agreed to a longer delivery period. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, the buyer will be notified of this no later than 3 days after he has placed the order. In that case the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs.
3b CB Jewellery will execute accepted orders with destination outside the EU with due speed, but no later than within 2 weeks, unless the buyer has agreed to a longer delivery period. The longer delivery time is required to provide the correct shipping documents.
4 In the event of termination, CB Jewellery will reimburse the amount that the buyer has paid as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after termination.

(8) Agreements concluded from websites other than cbjewellery.nl, the general terms and conditions of those parties apply.
